Matt Bradford

  • Practicing Real Estate since 2004
  • President of Vista Girls Softball 2015-2017
  • Began managing rental units as a convenience for clients of Century 21. Increased the number of properties managed from a few homes to over 120 properties.
  • Presently handling the day to day operations of Custom Property Brokers.

Steve Bradford

  • (broker of record) practicing Real Estate since 1972 in the North San Diego County Area
  • President of the Vista Board of Realtors 1979
  • Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors
  • 4 time recipient of the Realtor of the Year Award
  • President of the Vista Chamber of Commerce 1979, 1980
  • Chairman of the Legislative Affairs Committee 1976-1979 (Vista Board of Realtors)
  • Partner in Century 21 franchise from 1991-2016
  • Vietnam Veteran 1967-1971
